Community Announcement: Dispersal Order in Bishop Auckland

Starting from 8.30pm on Saturday, 18th January, a dispersal order will be in effect in Bishop Auckland due to recent reports of anti-social behaviour. This order will remain active until 8.30pm on Monday, 20th January and covers specific areas as highlighted on the community map.

The community’s well-being is our priority. Anyone found causing disruptions in these areas will receive a dispersal order, restricting them from returning. Ignoring this order will lead to arrest.

Local officers will be actively patrolling these areas to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind. We encourage everyone to respect these measures and contribute to a harmonious environment.

Anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and impacts our shared spaces negatively. Tindale Retail Park should be a welcoming place for all community members to enjoy, free from disturbances caused by a few individuals.

We kindly ask parents to discuss with their children the importance of considerate behaviour and how their actions affect others in the community. Let’s work together to maintain a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation.
